Sarbhog, November 4: Assam Legislative Assembly Speaker and Bhawanipur-Sarbhog MLA Ranjit Kumar Das today inaugurated three development projects completed at a total cost of ₹51,25,100 in Sarbhog. The projects were implemented by the Sarbhog Municipal Board and formally dedicated to public service.
The inaugurated projects include a drinking water facility at Sankardev Sishu Niketan in Ward No. 2, another drinking water facility near Sarbhog Market in Ward No. 4, and a CC paver block road connecting the PWD road to Shani Mandir in the same ward.
Apart from these projects, Ranjit Kumar Das also formally inaugurated the newly constructed office building of the Sarbhog Chamber of Commerce. The new building was dedicated to serving the local business community.
These development initiatives are expected to benefit the residents of Sarbhog as well as local traders by improving access to drinking water and road connectivity and providing better facilities for the business community.
